Usage Guide: Select a dataset, then choose an Annotation type to color cells by category (e.g. cell type, tissue region). Each cell is rendered as a point in 3D space (X, Y, Z). The timeline at the bottom auto-plays through developmental timepoints. Mouse drag to rotate, scroll to zoom, right-drag to pan. Use the Focus Category dropdown to highlight a single category, or click categories in the legend to toggle visibility. Hover any cell to see its category and coordinates.
